Refund policy

Do you want to return an item? No problem! Please make sure you didn´t remove the tag and that the item is in perfect conditions. 

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days since the day you received your item to return it. Once we receive you can either choose a refund or a coupon. 

COST

The customer takes full responsibility on the cost of sending the item back to us. Bedford Street is not responsible if there is any problem during the shipping. For that, we encourage you to send the package with tracking. 

WHERE TO SEND IT

Please send an email to contact@bedford-st.com notifying the return and we will send you the address. 

REFUND

Once we receive it and check it we will proceed within the next 15 days, to send you a coupon code or make a refund of the total amount of the product and the original shipping. 

FAULTY ITEM

If the item is faulty, please contact us at: contact@bedford-st.com and we will send a courier to pick the item up without any extra cost.
