Authentication process
Every item we list online is authentic.
We source our handbags through two trusted channels: consignment from local clients and our partner suppliers in Japan.
Each bag goes through a two-step authentication process:
- First Check: Our in-house specialist examines the item’s quality and authenticity in detail.
- Second Check: We partner with an independent external company that also works with leading international second-hand retail platforms. Their team of industry experts, using years of experience and advanced technology, verifies the authenticity once again with microscopic imaging to detect details invisible to the naked eye and ensure highly accurate results.
Certificate
- All the handbags we sell are verified and authenticated by experts.
- For handbags priced above €300, a printed certificate of authenticity is included free of charge in the order.
- For handbags priced under €300, authenticity is still fully guaranteed, but the printed certificate is not included by default. If you would like to receive the printed certificate with your purchase, we can provide it for an additional €45 fee.
