Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. You can verify the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Can I return my purchase?
Do you want to return an item? No problem! Please make sure you didn´t remove the tag and that the item is in perfect conditions.
You have 14 days since the day you received your item to return it. Once we receive you can either choose a refund or a coupon.
The customer takes full responsibility on the cost of sending the item back to us. Bedford St is not responsible if there is any problem during the shipping. For that, we encourage you to send the package with tracking.

Do you authenticate the items?
Yes, all the bags we sell are 100% authentic.
Each bag goes through a two-step authentication process:
- First Check: Our in-house specialist examines the item’s quality and authenticity in detail.
- Second Check: We partner with an independent external company that also works with leading international second-hand retail platforms. Their team of industry experts, using years of experience and advanced technology, verifies the authenticity once again with microscopic imaging to detect details invisible to the naked eye and ensure highly accurate results.
All bags over 300€ include a printed authenticity certificate.
Do items come with original packaging?
Original packings, dustbags, certificates of authenticity, manuals and other paperwork may vary. Please read product description for each item carefully for your information.
Do I need to pay customs?
You don't need to pay customs of bags coming from Japan. The price you see on the website is the final price that includes:
- The Bag
- Certificate of Authenticity
- Dust Bag
- Customs from Japan
*Any additional international shipping or customs are not included.
Do you check the quality?
Upon receival of each item we do a quality check. If the item doesn't meet our high standars we do not accept it in our store.
We only accept items in great and very good condition. All of them are cleaned and ironed.
How can I know the condition of an item?
In the description of the item you will find the exact condition of the item.
- Excellent/Like new/New with tags
- Very good condition: No visible defects. Anything noticeable will be mentioned.
- Good condition: Used but in good condition. Any defect will be mentioned.
