Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Processing and delivery

We offer two types of product availability depending on the item.
Each product page clearly indicates whether the item is “In Store” or “Online Exclusive.”

- In Store Items

These items are in stock and shipped directly from our store.

  • Order processing time: 24–48 hours
  • Estimated delivery time: · Spain: 1–3 business days · Europe: 2–5 business days · USA, Canada, Australia: 2–5 business days · Rest of the world: 3–6 business days

- Online Exclusive Items

These items are not stocked in our store and are ordered directly from our suppliers.

  • Shipping origin: Our international archives
  • Order processing time: 24–48 hours
  • Estimated delivery time: · Spain: 10 business days · Europe: 10-12 business days · USA, Canada, Australia: 10-15 business days · Rest of the world: 15-20 business days

Important information

  • Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.
  • Carriers do not usually deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
  • Bedford Street does not cover additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may apply in certain countries.
  • Shipping delays: Once your order has been shipped, the carrier becomes responsible for the delivery.
    If you experience any delay, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, we will be happy to assist you.
  • Please note that during high-demand periods (Christmas, holidays, or Black Friday) shipping times may be longer than usual.

Returns

Return period

Do you want to return an item? No problem! Please make sure you didn´t remove the tag and that the item is in perfect conditions. 

You have 14 days since the day you received your item to return it. Once we receive you can either choose a refund or a coupon. 

Cost

The customer takes full responsibility on the cost of sending the item back to us. Bedford St is not responsible if there is any problem during the shipping. For that, we encourage you to send the package with tracking. 

Where to send it?

Please send an email to contact@bedford-st.com notifying the return and we will send you the address.

Refund

Once we receive it and check it we will proceed within the next 15 days, to send you a coupon code or make a refund of the total amount of the product and the original shipping. 

Faulty item

If the item is faulty, please contact us at: contact@bedford-st.com and we will send a courier to pick the item up without any extra cost.
