Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will take 1-2 days to process before shipping them.
ORDER MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order before processing or shipping it. However, once it's shipped there is nothing we can do. Once you receive it, please send it back to us (client's responsibility) and we will refund your order.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide!
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. You can verify the exact shipping cost at checkout.
How long does it take to receive your order?
- Spain: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 2-5 working days
- USA, Canada, Australia: 2-5 working days
- Rest of the world: 3-6 working days
IMPORTANT: Please bear in mind that in most countries, carriers do not make deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday.
Bedford Street does not cover any additional taxes or duties.
DELAYS
Once your order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for any delays or issues so please contact the carrier before contacting us. If they don´t resolve the issue we will gladly assist you with any issue you might face.
In periods of high workload, Christmas, Holidays and Black Friday, there may be delays.
COUPONS
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or discounts.
RETURN POLICY
Do you want to return an item? No problem! Please make sure you didn´t remove the tag and that the item is in perfect conditions.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days since the day you received your item to return it. Once we receive you can either choose a refund or a coupon.
COST
The customer takes full responsibility on the cost of sending the item back to us. Bedford St is not responsible if there is any problem during the shipping. For that, we encourage you to send the package with tracking.
WHERE TO SEND IT
Please send an email to contact@bedford-st.com notifying the return and we will send you the address.
REFUND
Once we receive it and check it we will proceed within the next 15 days, to send you a coupon code or make a refund of the total amount of the product and the original shipping.
FAULTY ITEM
If the item is faulty, please contact us at: contact@bedford-st.com and we will send a courier to pick the item up without any extra cost.
